The LGBTQ Executive Leadership Program has allowed
me to think about who I am as a gay leader and how
our community is challenged in the labor market. I have
a new perspective on my own experiences and am
reenergized to continue to advance the LGBTQ agenda at
AlixPartners and in our communities. I feel responsible
for continuing to drive awareness, removing barriers, and
building bridges for others who may not have had the
same opportunities as I did.

I had an amazing time connecting with the other
participants and engaging with leaders from global firms.
It was such a powerful experience to see so many Black
leaders from the business community in one room. It
provided me further insight into the steps necessary
to ensure we continue to gain traction and grow our
representation in the upper ranks of corporate America.

The Fellowship helped me and others in the program

their career journeys.
