from other crises. Obviously, COVID was a very different type of crisis, but in the first year of
COVID many corporations stepped up to that challenge, reconfigured, and went entirely
remote in many cases.
A different crisis altogether, but I think the common lessons from crises is focus on the things
that you can control, be your own chief communication officer, and get out ahead of this as
fast as you can, to the extent that you can.
